TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Research Use Only
All compounds supplied by Dr Pepr are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory and research purposes. They are not drugs, food, cosmetics, or medical devices, and are not intended for human or veterinary diagnostic, therapeutic, or consumptive use. By placing an order you affirm that you are a qualified researcher or institution and that the materials will be handled in accordance with all applicable laws and safety standards.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and authorised to purchase research chemicals in your jurisdiction. Dr Pepr reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion.
3. Orders & Payment
Prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice. Dr Pepr Pty Ltd is not currently registered for GST; no GST is charged on orders. We ship within Australia only; orders are dispatched once payment is received by bank transfer or PayID. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. A Certificate of Analysis is available in our COA Library for every batch.
4. Cancellations & Returns
Orders may be cancelled at any time before dispatch. Contact us with your order number and, if the order has not shipped, it will be cancelled and refunded in full. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled or returned, as research materials cannot be restocked once they have left our control. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will replace or refund it. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Limitation of Liability
Dr Pepr's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any misuse of materials or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from their use.
