Where do you ship?

We ship Australia wide from Melbourne. We are unable to ship orders outside Australia.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is a flat A$15 by Express Post. Orders over A$200 ship free.

When is my order dispatched?

Orders are dispatched once payment has been received by bank transfer or PayID, usually within 1 to 2 business days of cleared payment.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are sent by Express Post with tracking. Delivery usually takes 1 to 5 business days depending on your location. A tracking number is provided once your order ships.

How is my order packaged?

All orders are sent in discreet, secure packaging to protect your product from damage and maintain quality.

What is your returns policy?

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Contact us at info@drpepr.com.au with your order number and, if the order has not shipped, we will cancel it and refund in full. Once an order has shipped it cannot be returned, because research materials cannot be restocked once they have left our control. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
