1. Information we collect

When you place an order, contact us, or sign up for offers and updates, we collect your name, email address, mobile number (if provided), shipping address, and order details. We do not collect payment card details. Payment is made directly by bank transfer or PayID. We do not collect sensitive information.

2. How we collect it

We collect personal information directly from you when you place an order, use our contact form, or sign up for offers and updates. Your browser's local storage is used to remember your cart between visits.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information only as needed to provide our service: with Australia Post (your name and shipping address, to deliver orders), and with our service providers, including website hosting (Vercel) and email (Google Workspace). We do not sell or rent your information or use it for third-party advertising.

5. Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers store or process data outside Australia. In particular, our website hosting (Vercel) and email (Google Workspace) may hold information on servers located overseas, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure they handle your information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Retention

We keep your personal information only as long as necessary to provide our service and to meet our legal and tax obligations (generally up to seven years), after which it is securely deleted or de-identified.
